Responsible Gaming
Last updated: August 1, 2026
At ClubGG Poker AI, we believe that poker should be an enjoyable and rewarding activity. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing resources to help our users maintain a healthy relationship with poker. This page outlines our approach to responsible gaming and offers guidance for anyone who may be concerned about their gaming habits.
1. Play Within Your Means
The most fundamental principle of responsible gaming is to play only with money you can afford to lose. Poker, despite being a game of skill, carries inherent variance and financial risk. We strongly recommend the following practices:
- Set a dedicated bankroll for poker that is separate from your essential living expenses, savings, and financial obligations.
- Never borrow money to fund your poker play.
- Use our built-in Bankroll Manager to track your sessions and maintain appropriate stake levels relative to your bankroll size.
- Establish daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits and stop playing when you reach them — regardless of how you feel at the table.
2. Set Time Limits
Extended gaming sessions can lead to fatigue, poor decision-making, and emotional play. We encourage you to:
- Set a maximum session length before you begin playing and stick to it.
- Take regular breaks — at least 10 minutes every hour.
- Avoid playing when tired, stressed, intoxicated, or emotionally distressed.
- Use Session Review to evaluate the quality of your play objectively rather than by results alone.
3. Recognize the Signs of Problem Gambling
Problem gambling can develop gradually. Be honest with yourself and watch for these warning signs:
Warning signs include:
- Spending more time or money on poker than you intended or can afford.
- Chasing losses by moving up in stakes or playing longer sessions to try to "win it back."
- Neglecting personal relationships, work, health, or other responsibilities because of poker.
- Lying to family, friends, or colleagues about how much time or money you spend on poker.
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when you are not playing.
- Using poker as an escape from personal problems, stress, or negative emotions.
- Being unable to stop or reduce your play despite wanting to.
- Borrowing money, selling possessions, or taking on debt to fund your play.
If you recognize one or more of these signs in yourself, we encourage you to seek help immediately. Problem gambling is a recognized condition, and effective support is available.
4. AI Tools and Responsible Use
ClubGG Poker AI is designed to improve the quality of your decisions at the table. However, AI assistance should not be used as a justification to:
- Play stakes that are beyond your bankroll capacity.
- Play longer sessions than you would otherwise.
- Develop an unhealthy reliance on automation instead of building genuine poker skills.
- Ignore the emotional and psychological aspects of poker that affect your well-being.
We encourage all users to view the AI as a learning and decision-support tool, not as a guarantee of profitability. Poker outcomes are subject to variance, and no tool can eliminate the risk of loss.
5. Self-Exclusion
If you feel that you need to take a break from poker, we support your decision fully. You can request temporary or permanent account suspension at any time by contacting our support team via Telegram. During a self-exclusion period:
- Your account will be deactivated and you will not be able to access the Service.
- Any remaining fuel balance will be preserved and available if and when you choose to return (for temporary exclusions).
- We will not send you marketing communications during your exclusion period.
6. Underage Gaming Prevention
ClubGG Poker AI is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Service. If you believe a minor has gained access to the Service, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate action.
7. Support Resources
If you or someone you know is struggling with problem gambling, professional help is available. The following organizations provide free, confidential support:
International resources:
- Gamblers Anonymous — peer support groups worldwide.
- BeGambleAware — information, advice, and free counseling (UK-based, international resources available).
- National Council on Problem Gambling — US-based helpline: 1-800-522-4700.
- Gambling Therapy — free online support and counseling in multiple languages.
8. Our Commitment
ClubGG Poker AI is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gaming environment. We continuously review our practices to ensure that our tools and services do not contribute to problem gambling. Remember: poker should be fun. If it stops being enjoyable, it is time to take a step back.
