The Service uses a fuel-based consumption model. Fuel is consumed on a per-hand basis, with rates determined by your stake level. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to ClubGG, GGPoker, or any other poker platform. Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service, and we bear no responsibility for any actions taken by those platforms in response to your use of the Service.

You acknowledge that the use of AI-assisted tools does not eliminate the inherent risks associated with poker, including the risk of financial loss. You assume full responsibility for any decisions you make and any financial outcomes resulting from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClubGG Poker AI and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
